Solomon Park Research Labs has been supplying laboratories worldwide with the highest-quality human serum and plasma products since 1984. Solomon Park brings medical-grade professionalism to hematology manufacturing, storage, and distribution. The lab specializes in providing frozen serum and plasma with known levels of lipids and various other analytes.

Need:

While Solomon Park offers a wealth of information to the medical community, its old website lacked usability and wasn’t aesthetically pleasing. Their old site had been cobbled together as they expanded service and product offerings and hadn’t been designed with scalability in mind. Solomon Park needed a modern, sleek website that matched its passion and service offerings.

The team from Solomon Park brought tons of unique, creative ideas to the table, and the first thing our team did was put together a website roadmap to help us prioritize the features that were crucial to the website’s success. Since Solomon Park was a unique business model and part of a very industrious marketplace, we spent a lot of time mapping out a frictionless conversion flow. The old website was using the ZOHO CRM portal; thus, the task fell on our team to integrate the Zoho forms on the website and sync the data on their portal. Responsive theme: Choose a customized theme designed exclusively for medical research businesses, allowing us to develop a clean, modern, responsive website.

EShop: Enabling the store to sell LPS Kits (their primary product) in multiple currencies. Smart buying options also allow users to place an order using their CDC Lab ID number.

Better navigation: Improve lateral navigation and content relationship opportunities across Services, Products, and Blog sections.

Chatbot: Introduced chatbots to increase customer engagement, improve lead generation, and reduce customer service costs.

Content strategy: Developed content strategy to ensure that the website has useful and usable content that is well-structured to improve the overall user experience.
