Sales & Marketing Assistant (AI Chatbot Product)

We’re looking for a smart, energetic Sales & Marketing Assistant who’s excited about technology, marketing, and AI. In this role, you’ll help clients train and customize their chatbots, support marketing campaigns, and assist our sales team with demos and follow-ups.

You’ll get to blend client communication, creative marketing, and light technical setup, a perfect mix for someone curious, confident, and eager to grow in the world of conversational AI.

This position can be in-office (in Mumbai, Ranchi, Nashik, or Surat) or fully remote for experienced candidates who have a proven track record of working independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Help clients set up and train their AI chatbots using our platform
• Communicate professionally with clients via chat, email, and video calls
• Support sales with lead generation, outreach, proposals, and client follow-ups
• Create and schedule digital marketing content (social posts, email campaigns, website updates)
• Make small edits to websites and chatbot widgets (WordPress, Webflow, or other no-code tools)
• Assist with digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Gather client feedback and share insights with the product and marketing teams
• Maintain CRM data, track leads, and prepare simple performance reports

Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent English communication (both spoken and written)
• Strong organizational and client-handling skills
• Basic understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and social media
• Familiarity with web design tools (WordPress, Webflow, Wix, etc.)
• Tech-savvy, quick learner, and proactive attitude
• Prior experience in customer support, marketing, or SaaS preferred

Bonus Skills

• Experience with tools like HubSpot, Notion, or Google Workspace
• Understanding of AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, etc.) or prompt writing
• Canva or basic design experience
