Getting Started

Email support@readysync.com to obtain your ReadyCloud API key. This is what authorizes the connection on your account.
Run the installer on the machine that hosts QuickBooks Enterprise. Make sure you have administrative access so the install completes cleanly.
Link your ReadyCloud account using the API key from step one. The integration handshakes with QuickBooks automatically.
Set your ReadyCloud Organization ID, select your COGS and income accounts, choose a sync interval (30 minutes is recommended), and map custom fields like item weight so shipping cost calculations stay accurate.
