programmers and designers for the exclusive purpose of maintaining high levels of
quality standards. The primary job profile focuses on manual and automated software
testing. Bug detection skills, documentation skills and good understanding about
web applications is essential.

Responsibilities Include
Design, document, and exercise test cases in a fast pace, rapidly changing environment.
To detect, report and explain bugs effectively.
To write clear, concise and effective correspondence, test plans, procedures and
scenarios in accordance with policies.
Co-ordinate with overseas clients and walk them thru demonstrations to explain functionality
Ensure new applications and modifications meet requirements and function adequately.
Document the successes and failures of all executed test procedures.
Help define and implement automated and manual testing standards and practices which
include verification, validation, testing and documentation.
Work closely with all teams involved in the development cycle, while maintaining
a positive relationship that demands respect for quality.
Job requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent education.
1-2 experience in QA testing with an exposure to websites / web applications testing.
Knowledge of Quality Assurance processes.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to integrate with the team to work effectively as a team contributor.
Key Skills
Good knowledge of programming languages like HTML, JavaScript, PHP, ASP and .NET.
Knowledge of usability and browser compatibility issues.
