Something that gets me ticking here at Pulse is my Manager’s relentless efforts in putting up the most high quality web designs online. I strive to give in the most to this truly wonderful company.

My career path has taken a sharp turn since I joined Pulse and now when I look back, it seems that I have traveled out far in just a matter of 2 years. Pulse has enabled me to take that long leap, which was far out of reach when I had started my career. The reason that I am able to give in so much to my team today, is due to the fact that I had been given all the opportunities to explore different options, whether it yielded positive or negative results. And today I can proudly endow the same opportunities to my team members.

I have always wanted to be associated with a company which gives me the flexibility in bringing that right balance between my work, family and studies. And I can say without hesitation that I am at the right place. I have been working with companies in the similar field before, but I find myself actually grow to the level I have always wanted and that too in just a matter of months. The work here is challenging, and the ones who are able to face these challenges, can go a long way in their career.

Pulse appealed to me as it provided the opportunity to work with a large team of professionals, develop my skills and specialize in a specific area within a professional and highly respected organization. As soon as I started I was immediately provided with access to training, allocated an informal mentor and a career counselor and became part of a community of practice. This helped me to understand and undertake my job by providing access to relevant materials and resources and facilitating discussions with people in similar roles. The best things, for me, about working for Pulse are the people and the flexibility. I work with a team of very skilled, creative, intelligent professionals who all have a strong work ethic and an excellent sense of humour.
