This is a permanent full-time position with a career path into Project Management.
The core job responsibility is leading a team of skilled and dedicated ASP.Net developers.
This role serves as a leader/mentor within the team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the specifications, database development
and implementation processes. Active participation in meetings with design and QA
departments. Direct communication with clients over email and phone as necessary.
Responsibilities Include
Coordinating resources, schedules and communications for development projects.
Researching technical requirements and recommending strategic direction.
Developing and/or approving high level and detailed functional and/or technical
design. Assisting in setting design and standards for ASP.Net development.
Acting as mentor and team leader for other team members.

Job Requirements
Excellent command over ASP.Net web development with .Net 2.0/3.5 framework
Exposure to other Microsoft Web Technologies
Lead a team of 10-12 ASP.Net Developers
Building Programs that involve over 100,000 lines of code
Participating actively in building web portals for International Clients
Minimum 4 years of experience
Advanced SQL Server 2005 and Database design skills are essential
